There are many conditions that are a result
of calcium deficiency, so you should consult
with your doctor or some of the internet sites.
If lazy you may want your minister’s last rites.

During this century people intake less than one third
of the calcium taken by stone age humans, I heard.
Do you suffer from osteoporosis or tinnitus,
spontaneous fractures, kidney stones or osteoarthritis?

Do you have hypertension, heel spurs, or cramps and twitches?
Does low back pain interfere with getting into your britches?
Got ankylosing spondylitis or spinal stenosis?
Then lack of calcium may be the likely diagnosis.

Causes of calcium loss include lack of vitamin D.
So does drinking things with caffeine: soda pop, coffee, and tea.
But don’t think that drinking cow’s milk to be any kind of cure;
Its acidic state will leach calcium from your bones for sure.

So get your calcium from a better source.
Eating spinach or nuts will give no remorse.
Drink milk from soy, flax, almonds or cashews,
and get advice from the doctor you choose.
