Just Leave Me

By Mobarak Saed

My soul dies
the death
of infected love
See me pacing behind
dogging lamps.
I wake up and the sun
is blurred by a
I am broken.
bones and cartilage.
by signals
sight becomes pale.
I turn and you nurse my neck
with nakedness
Be gone!
allow me to die slowly
free of your lot.
