Luxury

By Cyclopseven R

poisonous indeed
the luxury that taint the poverty;
Many poor souls
sacrifice their spirit
in vain pursuits
of the a illusive treasure – luxury.
they, realise not
true luxury hidden
well within the spirit
always a distant from the taste of the external treasure;
regard not in serious contemplation
the luxury
that bleeds the soul for a cent’s worth.
for the sweeter the taste of luxury
the bitter the lessons we learn.
