as your head does spin around
spitting blooded lungs now so brown
so soon to be buried in the ground
Breaking reasons to your health
when death is close to you
knowing time is running out
in everything you do
Knowing it’s never ending
somehow enduring the pain
as you are coughing up
just as you are coughing down
