Prescription Drugs
By Lizz Love
The woman needs
To kill the pain
It’ll be forty pills
Twice a day
Two pills for this
A pill for that
Five more now
To counteract
Play pharmacy with your life
Make sure to take with water
Swallow them down ten at a time
Before the room gets hotter
Sleep all day and
Creep all night
Surpress that horrible
Internal fight
The woman loves
To kill the pain
She takes forty pills
Twice a day.
