The Sunbeam By Richard Coe

The sunbeam, the sunbeam,
It cheers the drooping heart
To see the glorious sunbeam
Its golden light impart.
The sunbeam, the sunbeam,
It smiles on the earth;
And through the jewels of the sky
The rainbow springs to birth.
So, like the sunbeam, let us strive
That our glad light be given
To bless and beautify the earth,
And turn our thoughts to heaven!
