You And Me

Just you and me,
hand in hand overlooking the gentle waves,
with the bright moon and stars in full display,
we stand hand in hand;
as the night crawls on,
i remember the day when you swept me off my feet,
into the canyons of love and
into the deep realms of dreamy nights;
as we stand just you and I,
it feels as if the world has come to a standstill,
the moon looks down upon us,
as i gently lean over to kiss you;
as a sudden gust of wind rushed through the darkness,
i pull you closer to me,
pressing our bodies together,
and my arms wrapped around you;
clasped in a hot embrace,
the heart starts pounding,
as the passion rises,
Our lips meet in unison;
as we lose control in this dark night,
filled with each others love,
all i want to do is be there
with you today and forever;
