Being An Aspie

With hands on ears, rocking, panicking
on a bench in the middle of the noise
but to try to explain the way I feel
I don’t know if you will understand
how I can’t cope with so many people
with all the intense overstimulation
swarms of people making me suffocate
so many cars are making me feel sick
I can’t cope with this, take me out of here,
out of all this dreadful polluted filled place
into the safe and quiet countryside
where I feel calmness and serenity.
