Cousins Poem
By Meg Mendel
Cheerful, loving, goofy.
They are simply themselves.
When I am down, they pick me up.
Like a clown they entertain.
I don’t have to be something I’m not.
Shed a tear or a dropp of blood, they don’t judge.
They are their own type of friend,
There’s nothing in the world like cousins.
