Once Failure Crossed My Path

By Veronica Kudnavar

Once failure crossed my path.
All I wondered was life was out of blue.

Like a rainstorm it touched me with the naked fact; “I have failed.”
In an insensible manner life started moving forward.
And i started moving backward.

At that point of time a piece of my soul whispered
“is this really you”
The one who said:
” Even though life bounces back my dreams,
I won’t flow as a dead fish.”

Then I perceived, success is not straightforward
It gets build after crossing miles of thorns.

At that point failure crossed my path.
And now success caught me in its path.
