Our Phoenix Men In Blue Poem

By RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Sitting here across from protestors, yelling, screaming many
profanities about Trump, disgusting potty mouths, guess their
parents never taught them manners or etiquette.

Our police are out in force, they are all so great, walking
out in line, decked in full riot gear, ready to take on all
comers wanting to do harm to others.

What a sight to see, grown men, tall and well-built among
the protestors, crying after tear gas is used along with
police shooting rubber bullets at them.

Doing what was needed to be done in order to protect all
the innocent people here in Phoenix, Arizona at President
Trump’s peaceful rally.
