Stomach Pain

My stomach pains continue to get worse
Every single day
Yet no one seems to care
Sometimes it hurts so bad
That I want to break down in tears
Some people say it’s all in my head
And it couldn’t possibly hurt as much as I say
But it’s not in my head
And it does hurt
A lot
But all I can do is deal with it
I can’t cry forever
I must ignore it
And carry on living my life
No matter how much it hurts
Who knows
Maybe in time, it will finally end
