The Loch Ness Monster

By Emily Carson

In a Scottish river I see a shadow,
I think there’s a monster below.
It’s long and scaly,
it looks like a snake mainly.
I see the river flowing,
Like a boat rowing.
It’s tail is wide and pointy,
Swimming around like a dance at a party.
When I turned around, it made a splash.
And landed with a crash!
