Declaration

Today, I accept;
my limitations
and defects.
Now, I refuse;
to wither in fear
and regress.
Presently, I acknowledge;
past affection
haunts my heart.
This day, I marvel;
at Natural beauty
and enchantment.
Immediately, I embrace;
persistent demons
occupying my mind.
Freely, I honor;
past teachers
molding my spirit.
Today, I love;
myself and you,
surrendering control.
