Karma Waits

By JLE

Once activated, it stills, yet ticks

Looming in its steadiness

Hovering like distant clouds, not to dissipate

No . . . karma waits, ready to pounce without warning

Unexpected entrance into incomplete circles of deeds

Like rippling waves reciprocating movement

Karmic energy boomerangs on its own clock

From one space in time to the next

Landing lessons on give and take

Delivered with pinpoint accuracy

Changing a life’s course, for better or for worse

Completing its inevitable rotation

Ah, karma. Never disappoints. Just wait ~ and see.
