Love Is Like A Waterfall

Love is like a waterfall
that flows on forever,
hitting the rock like
the heart making it tremor.
Each and every drop
makes the rock a little softer,
the rock has no choice,
but to sit and rejoice.
After some time the rock
starts to break apart.
The heart like rock realizes
that it is time to depart.
The rock finally breaks apart in small fragments
as the love affair comes to an end.
Even then the love is not lost
because love is like a waterfall that flows on forever.
